Tiffany Ash on the Community and Outreach Programs of Jacksonville Symphony

Tiffany Ash, a long-time patron of arts and music, has always been vocal of her admiration of the Jacksonville Symphony.

With a history going back to 1949, the Jacksonville Symphony is one of the oldest musical and cultural institutions in Florida. Throughout the years, it has gained a reputation for being one of the most prestigious orchestras in the Southern United States. It has hosted world-famous artists and has played in the most exclusive venues in the country.

As proof of the high regard that others have for the Symphony, it has been invited to play in the SHIFT: A Festival of American Orchestras, which will be held in Washington, D.C. as one of the few orchestras to have been selected for the festival.

Outreach Programs of Jacksonville Symphony For Tiffany Ash, there is no doubt about the excellent of the orchestra when it comes to music, but that’s not the only thing that they do. They give back to the community by having community and outreach programs that share the gift of music to thousands of people every year.

Community Concerts The Symphony conducts community concerts that are aimed at making their performances available to everyone living in Northeast Florida. These performances are available at reduced ticket prices. Sometimes, the performances are free, which ensures that more people can enjoy it.

Insight Insight is another Jacksonville Symphony program that aims to connect with the community as a form of outreach. Tiffany Ash explains that it is a pre-concert conversation that starts one hour before a Masterworks concert in Jacoby Hall. The conductors discuss the music that will be presented for the performance within half an hour of informal talk.

Instrument Zoo Instrument Zoo is a fun program for the kids. During this program, children will be allowed to handle various musical instruments. This will allow them to handle instruments and try them out. It can be the start of a life-long love for music.

These are just some of the programs that Jacksonville Symphony use to give back to the community. For Tiffany Ash, these programs make the Symphony even worthy of her patronage as they also give back to the communities that support them.
